Poster Presentation Guidelines

To ensure your research is presented effectively at the World Rhinology Congress 2026, please adhere to the technical and design specifications outlined below.

Important Note: Your assigned timeslot to display your poster at the congress will be announced by September 2026.

1. Physical Specifications

  • Dimensions: 90 cm (Width) x 120 cm (Height).
  • Orientation: Portrait (Vertical).

2. Poster Layout & Design

  • Header Section: Allocate the top section of the poster for the Abstract Title and Author(s). Use the same names and order as provided in your official submission.
  • Font Style: Use Arial for all text to ensure maximum readability.
  • Minimum Font Size: 13 pt (Note: For the physical 90x120 cm size, we recommend using larger font sizes for the title and body text to ensure it is readable from a distance of 1–2 meters).
  • Visuals: All text, charts, and illustrations must be of high resolution. Images should be sharp and clear to maintain professional quality when printed.

3. Content Recommendations

To maximize the impact of your presentation, we suggest organizing your poster into the following sections:

  • Introduction/Background: Briefly state the purpose of the study.
  • Methods: Outline the techniques and protocols used.
  • Results: Highlight key findings using graphs and tables.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the significance of your research.
  • References/Acknowledgements: Keep these concise at the bottom of the poster.
