ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมที่ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมงานได้ ขอความกรุณาแจ้งยกเลิกผ่านทางอีเมล info.wrc2026@gmail.com ถึงสำนักงานเลขานุการการประชุม หากแจ้งยกเลิก ก่อนวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2569 จะได้รับเงินคืน 50% ของค่าลงทะเบียน กรณีแจ้งหลังจากวันดังกล่าว จะไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ การคืนเงินทั้งหมดจะดำเนินการ ภายใน 1 เดือนหลังจากสิ้นสุดการประชุม
